About The HUB
Through The HUB, individuals can search for local free and reduced-cost social services and programs in Chicago and western suburban Cook County and southeast DuPage County, and nonprofit health and social service providers can efficiently send and receive referrals within a secure closed-loop network.
About the role
The Project Manager will guide the implementation of The HUB’s roadmap, designed to strengthen and expand community access to a wide range of health and human services to help people lead healthy, full, and resilient lives. The ideal Project Manager is a professional with at least 5 years of project management experience; expertise in communications and coordination; and familiarity with data analytics. This is a part-time, contract position for one year, beginning in October 2020. The position is (20 hrs/wk) at $24/hr.
