Overview

Network Solutions is broadly responsible for Blue Distinction and Total Care program support. The Reporting and Analytics department is responsible for data analysis and reporting support. We are responsible for original scoring, appeals, and other adhoc analyses. The role is very data oriented and analytical in nature.

Analyze and report on physician level measures and survey informational questions for Bariatric, Transplant, and Maternity Blue Distinction Programs.

The 10 week program will run from May 26, 2020 through July 31, 2020.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gain an understanding of our Plan and Provider Survey process and the related tools used including: Key Survey, SAS, Access, Excel, and Tableau
• Analyze survey results to uncover provider level trends compared to a national benchmark or a respondent benchmark
• Synthesize survey results and prepare associated reporting
• Validate results and underlying data
• Utilize a variety of tools to develop a finished reporting package
• Use analytical skills to gather data, synthesize results, and report conclusions at a level appropriate for the audience
• Develop skills working on a highly functioning team to deliver a collaborative work product
• Gain an understanding of a customer perspective and appreciate the need to create an actionable story based on a data set
