In alignment with MOLA’s mission, the Preceptorship Program is designed to provide the
selected candidate with a wide range of learning opportunities to build skills for the
healthcare industry, with emphasis on non-for-profit, Health Administration, Public Health and
Health Professional Associations. MOLA is a comprehensive professional medical association
that focuses on the advancement, health, and wellness of Hispanic/Latinos and provides ample
exposure for interdisciplinary engagement within the health professions with focus on physicians
and physicians-in-training throughout the pipeline.
