Genesis is accepting applications for our 2022-2023 Administrative Fellowship.
Fellowship
The Genesis Health System Administrative Fellowship is an intensive and comprehensive 12-month leadership training program that will fully prepare graduates to be leaders within the healthcare setting. The Administrative Fellow reports directly to the Genesis Health System CEO, meeting regularly for one on one guidance in regard to their projects and navigating the complexity of a health system. The fellow will also work with other senior executives on a variety of key operational, financial and strategic issues/projects.
Fellowship Structure
- Months 1-2: Shadow and observe President and CEO, Doug Cropper
- Months 2-10: Project work and interim leadership role (if opportunity arises)
- Months 10-12: Prepare for role within Genesis Health System
