Job Summary
Students are responsible for working in the Collection Sites at the Health Science Campus. The Collection Site Assistants work in the collection sites where faculty, students and staff test regularly. Students may monitor buildings and study spaces as COVID19 restrictions change. Students will receive guidance and training in customer service, job responsibility, teamwork, management, leadership skills to support them in their role.
Responsibilities
· Act as a representative of the University at all times, being an example for peers
· Use software to check patients in and scan samples into system
· Maintain proper guidelines in the testing site set forth by SHIELD, including sanitizing and following guidelines of social distancing
· Assist with resolving technical issues within the Collection Site
· Coordinate with supervisors and upper Management to complete tasks
· Provide friendly customer service to patients coming into Collection Site
· Check areas for cleanliness, sanitize surfaces as necessary
· Keep up with all communication from supervisors and staff, completing necessary requirements when given instruction
· Assist with events on campus
· Other duties as assigned
