EverThrive Illinois
works to improve the health of women, children, and families over the lifespan
through community engagement, partnerships, policy analysis, education, and
advocacy. EverThrive IL provides leadership to five initiatives: Child and Adolescent
Health, Health Care Reform, Immunization, Healthy Lifestyles, and Maternal and
Infant Mortality.
The Manager of the Maternal and Infant Mortality Initiative is a new position
that will coordinate the Campaign to Save Our Mothers and Babies (CSOMB), The
Illinois Premature Infant Health Network (IPIHN) and the Maternal and Child
Health (MCH) Family Council projects, as well as support the Executive
Director's work with the Collaborative Innovation Improvement Network (COIIN).
This position will report to the Associate Director.
