Enrollment Operations Manager Position - Hiring

The Colorado School of Public Health is hiring for the position of Enrollment Operations Manager. This position will be housed on their University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. 

The Enrollment Operations Manager position is a critical part of the Academic & Student Affairs team who works directly with the Director of Student Affairs and Academic Operations. This position will be independently responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the graduate enrollment management process (recruitment, admission, matriculation, and onboarding of new students) including strategies and activities that optimize enrollments for all of the programs administered through the Colorado School of Public Health. 

The Enrollment Operations Manager’s primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the graduate enrollment management (GEM) portfolio. This portfolio includes recruitment, admissions, and onboarding of prospective and new students.  The Enrollment Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the OASA team, department chairs and school leadership to oversee and manage the admissions cycle for all programs and degrees in the ColoradoSPH.   The position will work with the Director of Student Affairs and Academic Operations and the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs to develop and oversee a yearly recruitment plan with measurable goals, objectives, and recruitment targets and oversee and attend recruitment related events as a representative of the school.  This position will create processes and procedures to advise and guide faculty and prospective students, and problem solve on admissions related issues. This position will manage and develop internal and external facing data reports to meet the needs of the Associate Dean for Academic & Student Affairs, school leadership, the department chairs, the school’s partner institutions, and the school accrediting bodies. 

In addition, the Enrollment Operations Manager will support and promote co-curricular student activities sponsored by OASA and ColoradoSPH, including Public Health Forum, convocation, etc.
